Online Yoga for Real Life
For people who sit too much, move too little, and want to actually use their body well as they get older. Spiritual extras optional.
Sound familiar?
I keep meaning to start yoga but I genuinely cannot find a free hour that works
I'm not flexible enough. I'd probably embarrass myself in a class
My back and shoulders are a mess from sitting at a desk all day
I tried a yoga class once and it felt like it wasn't made for someone like me
I scroll random stretching accounts but nothing ever sticks
I want to still be active and independent when I'm older. I just don't know where to start
Why it hasn't worked yet
Fixed times, fixed locations, and a commute on top. If your schedule isn't predictable, this is the first thing that drops. It's not a commitment problem. It's a design problem.
A 10-minute "morning stretch" feels good in the moment but doesn't build anything. There's no structure, no progression, and no one to correct you when your back is taking the load it shouldn't be.
If you've sat through a class feeling like you accidentally joined a religion, that's a valid response. The spiritual side of yoga is genuinely interesting, but it's not required to get stronger, more mobile, and less sore. Not everyone wants it and that's fine.
Instructors who jump straight into pose names, skip the anatomy, and offer no modifications for people who can't yet touch their toes. You leave feeling like you failed rather than like you showed up.
What's different here
Every class includes real options for tighter hips, limited mobility, and the kind of body that has been sitting in a chair for eight hours. Nobody gets called out for not touching their toes.
This is movement, alignment, and anatomy. The spiritual traditions are respectfully set aside if they're not your thing. You can get extraordinary benefit from the practice without them.
Live group classes three times a week to choose from, 1-1 sessions when you need more individual attention, and a growing video library for when you want to move at 6am or 10pm. Your mat, your timing.
What you get
Small group sessions you can join from anywhere with a mat, your phone, and an internet connection. Real-time instruction so you're never just guessing if you're doing it right.
Private classes built entirely around what your body needs. Ideal if you have a specific injury, want faster progress, or just prefer not to share the screen with strangers.
Short classes available now for free on the Vic Smith Yoga YouTube channel — a great way to try before you book, or to squeeze in a quick session between meetings.
Simple, practical tips to carry into the rest of your week: posture reminders, quick desk stretches, habits that actually help.
Book a class, try it once. That's all you need to decide if this is for you.

No long forms. No discovery calls. No waiting.
Choose a live group class, a 1-1 session, or start with the free YouTube library. Book directly in under two minutes.
You'll receive a confirmation and a reminder with a video call link. All you need is a mat, a device, and a bit of floor space.
That's it. First class, no experience needed. You'll leave feeling something shifted. Most people are surprised by how quickly that happens.
Your teacher
I started yoga at 16 and spent years quietly cringing through chanting sessions — sometimes skipping class entirely just to avoid it.
Pricing
Pick what works for where you are right now — you can always change later.
Not sure? Start with a £10 drop-in class. No commitment, no pressure.
If you attend your first class and genuinely feel it wasn't right for you, message me and I'll give you your money back. No awkward conversation, no hoops. You showed up — that took something. The least I can do is make it risk-free.
One class. Full refund if it's not for you. Simple as that.
For teams
If your team spends their days in front of screens, they're carrying the physical cost of it. Corporate sessions are a practical investment in how your people feel and how they perform.
Sessions are fully adapted to your team's experience level, can be done from individual desks or a shared space, and take the scheduling burden off you completely.

Questions
Yes, and this is exactly who these classes are designed for. Flexibility isn't a requirement, it's a result. Every pose has options for different ranges of motion, and nobody is expected to arrive already bendy. If you can breathe, you can do this.
Not at all, and you're not alone in this. These classes focus entirely on movement, anatomy, and how your body feels. There's no chanting, no Sanskrit unless it helps you understand a pose better, and no pressure to engage with anything that doesn't resonate with you. The physical practice stands completely on its own.
Honestly? Because most of the things that kill habits (long commutes, fixed times that don't work, classes that feel like they're not for you) aren't in this setup. When something fits into your actual life rather than demanding you rearrange around it, it's much easier to keep showing up. That said, nothing is guaranteed. Try a drop-in class and see how it feels before committing to anything.
The live group classes run three times a week — pick whichever slot suits you. Come to one or both, or start with the free YouTube classes whenever you have 20–30 minutes spare. There's no minimum. Twice a week is ideal if you want to notice real change, but once a week is still worth doing. You set the pace.
A yoga mat, a phone or laptop, and enough floor space to lie down. That's it. A quiet-ish room helps, but it doesn't need to be a home studio. People join from bedrooms, living rooms, and even offices with the door shut.
Most people notice something in their first session: a bit more energy, looser hips, the neck tension that's been sitting there all week starts to ease. Real strength and posture changes take a few weeks of consistency. Meaningfully reduced back pain usually shows up within a month. These are realistic expectations, not promises.
Flag it when you book and I'll let you know if the class is appropriate, or whether a 1-1 session would be a better starting point. Some conditions are well-served by yoga with the right modifications. Others need medical clearance first. I'd rather tell you honestly than have you show up to something that isn't right for you.
